10th edition of the Women’s Forum Global Meeting

On Wednesday 15 October, Silvana was invited to speak in a Session on Iceland, within the framework of the 10th Global Meeting of the Women’s Forum in Deauville (France).

The Session “Why is Iceland the champion of gender diversity?” outlined some of the steps Iceland took to become the world’s leader in gender equality. This session had a focus on the lessons learnt by the Women in Parliaments Global Forum (WIP) during its “Study Trip toIceland” (3-4 April, 2014).
